1. 6. To investigate and analyze the market supply and demand situation,to organize to formulate the construction development planning, arrangement and policies of important commodity market and production elements market;To well plan the supply and demand of important commodities and the gross balance of import and export and import and export of important agricultural products;To instruct and supervise important commercial government business, reserves, replacement and important commodities put on market by government, to guide and adjust the market.
