Work Functions:
According to the "Institutional Reform Plan of Beijing Municipal People's Government" and "Notice on Organization Structuring of Beijing Municipal People's Government" (Jingzhengfa No. [2003]) approved by CPC Central Committee and the State Council£¬Beijing Municipal Bureau of Industry Promotion£¨for short Municipal Bureau of Industry Promotion£©is set up. The Municipal Bureau of Industry Promotion is responsible for professional and specialized industrial promotion directly under the municipality. The Municipal Bureau of Industry Promotion also put up the plate of Beijing Municipal Office of National Defense Science and Technology Industry£¨for short Municipal Office of National Defense Science and Technology Industry£©.
1.To investigate and draft intermediate and long term development planning of industry, annual plan, industrial distribution adjustment planning, industrial restructuring plans in this city and organize the implementation according to state industrial policies and national economy development planning of this city.
2. To investigate and draft policies, measures to promote industrial development of this city and organize the implementation£»To investigate and draft local laws and regulations and rough rules on industrial economy£»To carry out investigation and study relative to key problems of industrial development and put forward solution suggestions.
3. To instruct industrial technology innovation and technological progress, to promote the development of industrial high-tech industry£¬to coordinate and implement the policy that reconstructs traditional industry with high and new technologies, to participate the formulation and regular publication of industrial investment project guidance lists and to coordinate the organization and implementation of important industrial projects.
4. To be responsible for the establishment and perfection of the industrial information service system in this city£¬to collect, process, analyze and release relevant information of key industries£¬to promote the optimized distribution of all kinds of resources and the sustainable development of major industries£»To be responsible for monitoring and coordinating the operation of industrial economy in this city.
5. To be responsible for the organization and specialized investment promotion aiming at the development of key industries£»To coordinate industrial support in this city, to improve industrial investment environment, to promote the construction of major industries¡¯ links£»To coordinate the relocation adjustment work of enterprises of major industries.
6. To cultivate and promote the construction of industrial bases in this city, to instruct and coordinate the construction and development of industrial development zones.
7. To organize and draft the professional standards and local standard of industrial enterprises£»To be responsible for the development of industrial human resources and provide talent support for the development of industrial enterprises£»To be responsible for contacting trade associations and agencies of industrial field in this city.
8. To be responsible for the organization and coordination work of national defense science and technology industry in Beijing area.
9. To undertake other issues given by the municipal government.
