Preface

Catalogue of Water-Saving Equipment (Products) Encouraged to Develop in Industry in Beijing (The First Batch) is formulated and issued by Beijing Development and Reform Committee in compliance with the water-saving program in the Tenth Five-Year-Plan in the country to fully carry out the essence of taking the road of industrialization proposed in the 16th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the essence of the CPC Economic Working Conference, enhance industrial structure readjustment and technical reform with water-saving as focal point, promote the level of water-saving technology in industry and scientific use of water, enhance management of water-saving and reasonable use of water resource, guide investment of industrial and commercial enterprises, financial institutions and the society and ensure comprehensive, coordinative and sustainable development of the capital economy.

£¨1£© In compliance with the requirements stipulated in Catalogue of Key Industries, Products and Technologies Encouraged to Develop in The Country (Revised in 2000) (No. 7 Command of the State Development Planning Commission and the State Economic and Trade Commission) and with those industrial policies related to water-saving;

£¨2£©High technical content, be conducive to the upgrade of equipment and technical innovation of enterprises, promotive to optimization and upgrade of structure and economic benefit of industrial enterprises;

£¨3£©Be developed independently in the country, applied by users and approved to have noticeable water-saving effect;

II. Relevant encouragement and support policies
¡¡¡¡
£¨1£©All technical innovation projects in enterprises using domestically made equipment under this catalogue in accordance with the stipulations in Notice concerning the Printing and Distribution of Temporary Measures for Countervailing and Exemption of Enterprise Income Tax for Investment in Domestically Made Equipment for Technical Innovation (CSZ¡²1999¡³No. 290) shall enjoy the favorable policy of countervailing enterprise income tax for the investment.

£¨2£©Governments of all levels shall attach great importance to support, research, manufacture and application of equipment (products) listed in this catalogue in projects of technical development and technical innovation to guide water-saving equipment (products); the municipal government shall set up a special fund for water-saving in industry and provide discount or appropriate subsidy for key projects in compliance with the stipulations in the country and Beijing.

£¨3£©The construction project or government purchase using financial fund shall first choose the equipment (products) in this catalogue that meet requirements.

¢ñ Heat exchange equipment¡¡ ¡¡

1. Microcirculation heat conducting oil heating equipment complex Under the temperature of below 200¡æ, the steam boiler and its heating mode have continued to be used with conducting oil as the heating agent instead of steam which can conduct heat circularly. The micro circulating technology has been used in the stove, so the problem of coking in the stove has been solved. A 4t steam boiler can save over 90t on water.

2. Fit built-in heat exchanger The fit ratio is 1:7.4 with a compression resistance of 0.1-3Mpa, it has a water saving ratio of 87% comparing with general heat exchanger

3. Air cooling type (water-air) heat exchanger The air is used as the refrigeration agent with a notable water saving effect. It is used in the closed circuit circulation where the temperature difference between exiting water and the dry bulb is over 15¡æ.

4. Heat energy collection equipment for central-liquid cold and heat source environmental system¡°Single well draw out and fill in¡± technology uses a low grade heat energy which has been moved back to the bottle, so it has no consuming of water. The power expenditure is 1kWh while the heat energy it provide is equal to 14400kJ. It is acceptable for the heating, air conditioning and living hot water.

5. Cooling tower products(1) Streamline type counter-flow cooling tower series (2) lift on type cooling tower series (3) crosscurrent mixed loading cooling tower series (4) crosscurrent filming type cooling tower series (5) crosscurrent dropping type cooling tower series (6) dry-wet intelligentized green cooling tower Quantity of water to be treated per single tower: 500-4500m3/h. Quantity of water to be treated per single tower: 1000-5000m3/h. Quantity of water to be treated per single tower: 1000-5000m3/h. Quantity of water to be treated per single tower: 500-4500m3/h. Quantity of water to be treated per single tower: 500-5000m3/h. They can save on water for 90% and on power for 85% comparing with the open type cooling tower now used. The (1), (2), (3), (4) and (5) can be used for the recirculated cooling water treatment in the oil refining, chemical industry, chemical fertilizer industry, electric power, metallurgy industry and textile industry.

¢ò Condensation water reclaimer

6. Steam condensation water treatment equipments Work temperature £¼1500C, The relative open type water tank condensation water recovery £¾90% It is used in the heat supply system whose heating medium is steam.

¢ó Sewage disposal equipments

7. Double aeration rotating brush The products can be marked off to 5 standards as follow: 3000mm, 4500mm, 5000mm, 7500mm and 9000mm, and whose oxygenation capacity are 24, 35, 46, 56 and 74 kilogram oxygen. It can be used in water supplying and sewage disposal treatment of cities and industry.

8. Micro-filtration of advanced treatment of sewage and reclaimed water equipments. The water, which reaches the standard, is processed by micro-flocculation, sedimentation, filtration, etc. become reclaimed water (COD£¼40mg/L, turbidity ¡Ü 5 mg/L) and used again in the industry circulating water system. The equipments can be used in industry circulating water system, water for capital construction, virescence in living area and sanitary water for dweller.

9. Air floatation water treatment equipments It works under low-pressure condition which is only 0.3Mpa, it has a high efficiency and the gas dissolving efficiency is as high as over 99%, and outgassing ratio can be 99%. The equipment has the resistance to jam and the outgas needs not to wash. The high absorption of micro-foam to suspended particle enhances the effect of the wiping off of the SS; Multilayer was used in the soil discharging so as to ensure the drainage of water. The equipment was used in sewage disposal and spiritualization of alga-containing surface water in industry such as paper making industry, printing and dyeing industry, electroplate industry, leather industry, paint industry and food industry.

10. Sewage purification vehicles, The equipments can deal with oil-containing water, oil water emulsion, coolant, electroplating effluent, dyeing waste water, phenolic waste water, etc. The treatment capacity has a series of 2, 5 and 10 t/h. The equipment can be used in the organization with the necessary of the treatment above.

11. The treatment equipments for waste water containing heavy-metal ion,The adsorption capacity for heavy-metal ions such as Cr3+¡¢Cu2+¡¢Ni2+¡¢Pb2+¡¢Cd2+¡¢Hg2+, etc. is above 40mg/g. The adsorption capacity per year is from 10 thousands ton to 30 thousands ton; the amps can be biodegraded. 12. Hollow fiber ultrafiltration membrane groupware ,It can holdback molecules whose molecular weight are over 50 thousands, the size is ¦Õ90¡Á1000mm, the holdback ratio ¡Ý95%, the water flux for per groupware is 1t/h. It can be used in chemical industry, medicine industry and beverage industry.

13. The waste water advanced treatment and recycling equipment complex for thick oil combine station ,The waste water is treated by high efficient three phase separator, tabella sedimentation, oil elimination by coarse granulation and filtration, and recycled by a certain waste water and clear water ratio, so the treatment can save a lot of clear water. It is used for oil fields.

14. The wastewater reclamation equipment for washing electron circuit board ,After treated by coagulating, filtrating, adsorption and ion exchange treatment, the waster water meets the standard of tap water, so it can be cyclic utilized. It is mainly used in the treatment of waste water in which the main pollutants are SS, Cu2+, Ni2+, etc.

15. Membrane bioreactor
The eliminating ratio of COD is over 90%, the eliminating ratio of SS is over 90%, and current drain is 0.6-0.8kWh/m3. It can be used in the treatment of waster water of organic industry.

16. Pressure filter,The rate of percolation is 20-40m/h; the equipment has double-layer of filter material with a diameter of 2-5m. It is adequate for muddy circulating water of steel industry and the filtration of recycle water treatment or other water.

Vehicle washing waste water disposal¡¡and cyclic utilization¡¡equipment ,The processing load£¾1m3/h, power waste£¼0.2kW, volume£¼1m3, floor space£¼0.5m2, The water after treatment meets the requirements of CJ25.1-2-89 in the Living water quality standard. It is adequate for the sewage disposal in car wash.

19. Reclaimed water cyclic utilization equipments, The processing load£¾1m3/h, The water after treatment meets the requirements of CJ25.1-2-89 in the Living water quality standard. It is adequate for the disposal of hotels sewage, washes, waster water of bath and construction reclaimed water, etc.

20. Hydrophilic and oleophobic fibrous globule filter The processing load is 13¡«254m3/h, waster holding load £¾6Kg/m3£¬the eliminating ratio of suspended solid and oil£¾82%, oil content after three stage filtration is£¼5mg/L, SS£¼ 2mg/L, it is adequate for fine filtration of oilfield flooding water, heat oil extraction steam water in the thick oil fields, outfall water for oil and suspended solid elimination and the oil-containing water in the refinery and petrochemical plants.

¢õ Chemical water-treating equipment

21. Pure water treatment (ED, RO, EDI, MB) complete set of equipment, ED after adding drug and recycling, the water recovery rises from 50% to 80%. RO recovery£¾75%, EDI recovery£¾95% and replace of MB. There is no need for the acids and the alkali to be rebirth and there is no wastewater to let off. It is adequate for the preparation of pure water in the electronic industry, pharmacy, electroplate, hull painting and beverage industry.

22. Condensation water reclaim complete set of equipment, The condensation water is treated by flash evaporation, sedimentation, adsorption, deoiling, filtration and deferrization. So it is reused to be desalinated water, the condensation water recovery¡Ý85%, boiler discharge capacity reduces by 20¡«30%, discharge amount of soot, CO2, SO2 reduces by 30¡«50%, it can automatically get rid of the remnant CO2 and free oxygen. So the usevalue and steam quality has been improved.

It is adequate for the cooling water in the metallurgy, petroleum, chemical industry, foodstuff industry, pharmacy, paper making, sugar refining, chemical fiber, thermoelectric plant, water supply plant, large-scale air-condition systems, compressor, oxygen tension machine and oil water emulsion reclaiming, scavenge oil reclaiming, etc. It can also be used in the water-waste system in the metallurgical industry, such as continuous casting, blast furnace, hot-roll systems, all kinds of heating furnaces, refining before heating, monitoring inside of furnace, emulsifying agent system and closed water circulating system.

24. Steam cleaner controlled by computer Power supply: 220V/50Hz, automatically controlled, steam temperature £¼60¡æ, insulation resistance £¾3M¦¸, There is no electrical punch through under 50Hz/1000V, vehicle (car) cleanout water consumption £¼ 2L/car, water cycle use factor£¾70%. It is adequate for the cleaning of vehicles, engineering goods, hotels, drinkeries, houses¡¯ walls and floor tiles.

¢÷ The treatment of water supply and slagoff

25. High-voltage, high-power speed regulation by frequency variation equipment The save on water is over 10%, the save on electricity is over 30%, and it can improve the quality of water supply. The power factor of the complete machine is high, and harmonic content is low. It is used in water pump supply system controlled by high voltage electric machinery.

26. Blast furnace slag pellet equipment The whole slag amount is 1200t/d, slag and water ratio is 1:2, slag pellet per ton consume water 0.8t, it is lower than the ancient art for 20-50%. It is for the blast furnace over 2000m3.


27. Dry type slagoff equipment for power station coal burning boiler It can reduce the water supply volume 3000-4000 thousand t of the water powered slagoff technology to zero. It can improve the boiler efficiency, reclaim some of the coal in the slag, economize a lot of coal; reduce the maintenance fund and the pollution caused by the water powered slagoff technology. It is used in slagoff system in power station coal burning boiler

28. Plate type(water to water) heat exchanger
The plate area and structural configuration are accord to the construction requirement. The seawater is the refrigerant. It is used in the seawater cooling system.

29. Reverse osmosis seawater desalting plant The desalted seawater has a total salt content of £¼500mg/L, the water recovery (output coefficient) is 30-40%, current drain is 4-5kWh/m3. It is adequate for the preparation of industry and agriculture water, drinking water near the islands and littoral.

30. Electrodialysis bitter water desalting plant The ratio of desalinization is £¾75%; Current drain is 2-4kWh/m3. It is used in the desalinization of the bitter which salt content is between 1000-3500mg/L and the preparation of drinking water.

31. Reverse osmosis bitter water desalting plant The ratio of desalinization is£¾96%. The same as above.


32. Sea water desalting plant: (1) Plate type seawater desalting plant (2) tubular type seawater desalting plant (3) electric powered vapor pressure type seawater desalting plant (4) flash type seawater desalting plant The exiting freshwater has a salt content of £¼10mg/L.

Fresh water generating capacity: 10-55t/d
Fresh water generating capacity: 1.5-55t/d
Fresh water generating capacity: 5-30t/d
Fresh water generating capacity: 5-30t/d It is adequate for land use and marine use.

33. Seawater conveyance device and pipeline corrosion protection product aluminium and silicon combined inhibitor It is innocuous, free of phosphor, anticorrosive of Cl-, so it is a green product. 34. Film method seawater desalting plant Current drain is £¼6kWh/m3, salt content of the treated water is ¡Ü500mg/L, other indexes meet the requirements of GB5749-85 in the <Living water quality standard>. It is used in the preparation of industry and agriculture water, drinking water near the islands and littoral.

39. Water resource management systems
The working pressure is 1Mpa, accumulative water amount is 9999999m3, signal transmission distance: 5km(by wire), 1km(wireless), and water amount measuring accuracy: 0.1 m3, working temperature: -30¡æ¡«50¡æ. It is used in the water resource management in cities and rural areas.
