On Aug. 21, Mr. David J. St. Amant, President & CEO of Econolite and hid business delegation visited Invest Beijing International (IBI).

Mr. Tu Xingjian, IBI’s Chairman, met the US guests and made a presentation on the service and business of his company. Mr. Amant briefed Mr. Tu on the history and business scope of Econolite, as well as his plan to invest in Beijing in the field of ITS public transportation security and his intention to search for appropriate cooperative partners in Beijing.

Established in 1933, Econolite is a “Global Transportation Solution” supplier. As a partner and permanent supplier of transportation signal products to GE, Econolite has been supplying world leading transportation security management products, as well as software solutions for ATC users worldwide.

Mr. Tu told the guests that IBI would like to help Econolite to establish its business in Beijing. Mr. Amant expressed his appreciation for that. Also present at the meeting were Mr. Raja Magasweran, Managing Director of U-Tron (Beijing) Electronic Co. Ltd., Mr. Ren Dongzhi, Operation Director of Beijing Capital Highway Development Co. Ltd., and Mr. Han Litao, Vice General Manager of IBI.
