On the morning of Nov. 2^nd, 2006, Dr. Rudiger Ginsberg, CEO of Union Invest, Germany, accompanied by Mrs. Gong Yingxin, representative of DZ Bank AG, visited Invest Beijing International. Chairman Tu Xingjian, Director Wu Xiaoli from National Development Bank and the chief accountant of Jingtou Land Development Project Management & Consulting Co., Mrs. Ren Xuehua met with German guests together.

The main purpose of Dr. Ginsberg’s visit is to “learn and understand” the investment environment and market of china, especially the policy and regulations of investment fund and real estate area. Both side introduced their firms to each other, and on Dr. Ginsberg’s request, Mr. Tu gave a brief on how IBI works and how IBI might help Union invest in the future cooperation between the two firms. Mrs. Wu introduced the policy of investment fund business in china to German guests and welcomed further in-depth discussion on such issues with Union Invest in the near future. Dr. Ginsberg expressed his appreciation on Mr. Tu and Mrs Wu’s introduction and expectation on future cooperation with both sides.
