On Mar. 8, 2007, representatives of Madrid Chamber of Commerce and Promomadrid visited IBI, on purpose of pursuing possible cooperation. After discussion，both sides expressed their sincere intentions on mutual cooperation and agreed to seek opportunities in information sharing, trade and investment promotion.

Established in 1887, Madrid Chamber of Commerce, is a Public Corporation, which has over 370,000 members in the region. It is one of the biggest chamber and with the longest history. Its mission is to offer services in representing its members in political and economic affairs both in national and regional level, and consultancy, intermediate, training, and publicity.  Established in 1978, Promomadrid is a private company, whose mission is very similar with that of Madrid Chamber of Commerce.
