On August 15, 12 Spanish ICO(Instituto de Crédito Oficial ) Students visited Invest Beijing International, and the Business Development  Department held a meeting with them on behalf of IBI and delivered a brief introduction of investment climate including business opportunities attribute to the “11th Five-Year-Plan”, development of new satellite cities and Olympic Economy, as well as functions, business fields and cases of international cooperation of IBI. Spanish students expressed their strong interests in Olympic Economy and relevant business opportunities.

　　ICO is a State-owned corporate entity attached to the Ministry of Economy and Finance through the Secretariat of State for the Economy. ICO's financing activity seeks to boost sectors such as the film industry and transport and encourage technological innovation and renewable energy projects while helping Spanish enterprises set up abroad. Also it supports some government officials and enterprise representatives to study abroad. In 2007, ICO supports around 12 students studying Chinese in Beijing Foreign Language Studies and encourages them to conduct business research and study in China
