The first conference of International Sister Cities was held in Beijing. Mr. Chen Haosu, director of the Chinese People's Association for friendship with foreign countries, Mr. Lu Hao, vice mayor of Beijing Municipal Government, Mr. Li Hui, Assistant Minister of Foreign Affairs, presented and gave speech on July 27.
