Construction Location: This project is located in the north of the east zone of Huairou, south of No.101 National Highway and west of Yanqi River. The east zone of Huairou is in the east of the old town area, about 45km from the downtown of Beijing and 32km from the Capital Airport. The northeast side of the east zone is adjacent to No. 101 National Highway, Jing-Cheng Expressway passes by the south of the east zone, and it is only about 30 minutes drive to downtown Beijing.

Project Entity: Huairou East Zone Construction Administration Committee is the coordination and business agency of Huairou District Government and will be responsible for the development and construction of the East Zone.

Construction Contents and Scale: The total land coverage of this project is 18.64ha., and the total construction scale is 250,000m2 . This project is mainly composed of numbers of exhibition halls, conference centers, business centers, outdoor exhibition sites, multifunctional rooms, outdoor parking lots and supplementary conference facilities. The Business and Conference Center will provide flexible exhibition and conference space in conformity with international standards. And it can completely satisfy the needs of international conferences and exhibitions characterized by large flow of people and logistics. It will become a good place for holding various meetings, seminars, business talks, and professional trainings.

Construction and Investment Conditions: This project is the leading project in the east zone of Huairou and also the landmark building in the zone. Huairou East Zone is the core zone of Huairou New Town and also the new landmark of new Huairou, it is highly concentrated area for the development of the urban industries of Huairou District. This project conforms to the general planning of land use. The General Planning for Huairou New Town has already been approved by Beijng Municipal Government, the controllable detailed planning has already been completed, and relevant municipal infrastructures such as roads and pipelines are under construction.
