Construction Location: This project is located on the west bank of Yanqihu, about 8km from the downtown of Huairou and 55km from the downtown of Beijing.

Project Entity: Beijing Hongluoshan Tourist Resort Construction and Administration Committee

Construction Contents and Scale: This project covers an area of about 650 mu, of which the planned construction land use is about 470 mu, and the proposed construction scale is 115,500m2 . This project is mainly composed of diamond level hotel, conference and forum center and first-class villas.

Total Investment: The total investment for the primary land development is about RMB300 million Yuan.

Construction and Investment Conditions: This project is located in the east zone of Hongluoshan Tourist Resorts. The controllable and detailed plannings have already been approved. This project is faced with water on three sides and with mountain on one side, and the traffic is very convenient. Fan-Qi Road passes on the west side of its land piece, and it will take only 30 minutes from downtown Beijing to the holiday resorts after the completion of Jing-Cheng Expressway. The municipal conditions of this project can reach "six throughs" standard.
