As more enterprises aim to expand their business presences and find better business opportunities in the capital, Fengtais Advanced Business Park (ABP) has been positioned to seize on this trend.

The ABP is situated in the Fengtai Zone of Zhongguancun High-tech Park.  According to construction plans, the 65 hectare (ha) park park will include a constructed area of 1.2 million square metres(sq.m). About 500 independent office buildings will be built on the site, which means several hundred enterprises from various industries will do business there.
